This refund policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work when you shop with EssentiA.


1. Our Guarantee

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Health Care Devices)

We offer a 90-day risk-free guarantee on all EssentiA self-care and therapy devices.
If you are not satisfied with your device for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days from the date your order was delivered.

7-Day Easy Return Policy (Other Products)

All other EssentiA products—including dog harnesses, leashes, carriers, beds, and accessories—are eligible for a 7-day easy return from the date of delivery.

If your return window has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of the issue

⚠️ Important: Only orders placed directly through EssentiaSelfCare.com are eligible for our guarantee. Orders purchased through resellers or third-party sellers cannot be refunded or replaced.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

Health-Care Devices (90 Days)

Your device must be:

  • Purchased from EssentiaSelfCare.com

  • In good physical condition (not burned, broken, or heavily damaged)

  • Returned with all original parts and accessories

  • Requested within the 90-day period

Other Products (7 Days)

These items must be:

  • Unused or lightly used

  • In clean, sellable condition

  • Not damaged by improper use

Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumables (gels, patches, supplements)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Extended protection plans

  • Digital products


4. How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Email welcome@essentiaselfcare.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Our support team will provide instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back following the provided guidelines.

⚠️ Do NOT return any items without an approved RA. Unauthorized packages cannot be processed by our warehouse.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt as proof.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend returning all manuals and accessories to avoid deductions.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Photos and/or videos of the issue

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (you cover shipping, we cover the item), or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is delivered and inspected:

  • Inspection time: 2–3 business days

  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days

  • Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund

You will receive an email notification once your refund is complete.
